Let's get started.
Getting the right psychiatric support in college means finding someone who understands more than just your symptoms. It means finding someone who understands your life.
I'm Dr. Nathani, a board-certified psychiatrist completing my fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital. I work with young women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and the weight of figuring out who you are while everything around you is changing. I grew up in Texas in a Pakistani immigrant family, moving between the Rio Grande Valley and Houston, and I understand firsthand how culture, family expectations, and identity shape the way we experience and express distress.
My approach is holistic. I look at the full picture, your history, relationships, sleep, stress, physical health, and cultural context, because symptoms never exist in isolation.
You shouldn't have to over-explain yourself to feel understood here.
